I saw this palette used by a few youtubers, emilynoel83 and
nvmakeuplover. I loved the colours that came in this ‘neutral’ palette. Don’t
get me wrong I absolutely adore my Naked palette but some days I just want
something different. The Nude’Tude palette is neutral but it certainly is not
boring.

So after seeing theBalm on Hautelook, I decided to jump
on the bandwagon and get me some. But
things did not go according to plan. After waiting 3 weeks to get an update
regarding my order, Hautelook dropped one of the palettes from my order. Then two
days later, dropped the rest of my order telling me there was a ‘hazemat’
issue. I was like WTF? Hazemut? Seriously? So I tweeted theBalm to let them
know what Hautelook was telling customers. There was no hazemat issue. I am
still not sure why they told me that. So I wouldn't be as irate at not getting my
order? Short story – done with Hautelook.
Afterwards, I emailed with Erin at theBalm (she is really
nice and helpful) and ordered directly from theBalm. In this order, I purchased Meet Matte (review here) and two Nude’Tude palettes.
