Topbox July 2013
Hmmm Topbox came in a navy blue mailer this month. It was
still the smaller Topbox tube, just protected in a blue mailer. I opted to go
for the regular Topbox again this month. I almost went for the Glamglow privè
box but I am glad I went with the regular box again.

This is an 8 in 1 beauty balm. The sample we got was pretty tiny at 3g but I figure I can get a couple uses out of it. It is sealed so I left it like that until I am ready to use it.

Full Size: 60ml/$6024 gold flakes and pearl protein? While I am skeptical of any product containing gold and its purported benefits, I did think this sample was pretty. When I opened it, I saw that the gold pearls were suspended in a gel moisturizer. So I went to Belvada to see how we are supposed to use it. Using a spatula (not provided) you take two or three of gold pearls and the surrounding moisturizer and mix together in your hand to create a creamy serum and then rub in circular motions on you face and neck. The key ingredients are aloe vera and hyaluronic acid. I think I might have a spatula kicking around somewhere here so I will give a it a go once I find it.

Full Size: 200ml/$16.70I don’t think I have ever come across a thickening sprayable gel. I am going to use this tomorrow to see how it works. I am very intrigued to see how it works.
While I wasn’t terrible excited by this month’s Topbox,
there were a couple interesting items to try. I am always happy to get a China
Glaze polish!

I love that China Glaze colour! I think you'll have fun with it. I would be skeptical of the gold too since your skin can't really absorb it...
