August 2012 Glossybox Canada
It is September
and I am posting about my August Glossybox. I received it the same day as my
Fall Luxe Box. So a busy week for beauty samples!
I liked what I got in my August box. The lipstick is very pretty.
So let’s see what’s inside this month’s Glossybox J

Sebastian Potion 9 Lite - deluxe sampleFull size: 150ml/$20.95
I have received several Sebastian samples in my past Glossyboxes and I like them. This product is to be applied to damp hair for conditioning and manageability. I am assuming this is spray-in conditioner. I think I still have my product booklet somewhere. I am going to see if this is in there. Definitely will be trying out!
Befine Fine Food Skin Care – 5 packettesFull size: 50-150ml/$24-30
The Befine box contained the Exfoliating Cleanser, the Gentle Cleanser, the Night Cream, the Pore Refining Scrub Treatment and the Warming Clay Mask. These look so interesting. The Night Cream has cocoa in it MMMMM. Food on my face? Sure! We also received a card for 20% off our introductory order from Befine.com.
Kryolan for Glossybox in Glossy Pink - full sizeSpecial Edition
I have seen this exclusive lipstick in Glossyboxes from other countries. I am happy to get it. It is a pretty nude pink. Since this is a Kryolan lipstick, it is very pigmented! I also found it long lasting leaving a teeny stain on the lips. Thank you Glossybox!
Layla Mascara – gold glitter - full sizeFull size: 8ml/ $15.99
This is a HUGE tube of glitter mascara! LOL I don’t know how I will ever be able to finish it. I am going to have to find different uses for this product. It is a pretty product but I am not really sure how much I would use glitter mascara as I am kind of past my club hopping days LOL.
Biore Makeup Removing Towelette- 10 towelettesMakeup removing towelettes are the first step in removing my makeup. Currently I am using the Neutrogena towelettes. I can’t wait to try these Biore towelettes.
Full size: 10/$3.99 30/$9.99

Elastoplast SOS Blister – one unitFull size: 5 units/$5.99
Every girl needs these. I don’t know how many times I have dealt with unpleasant blisters trying to break in new shoes. I have tried regular bandaids/plasters to protect my heels. I even have used Vaseline to alleviate blisters. I am going to stick this in my wallet.. you never know when you are going to need it!
TrendTrunk Mystery Gift Card ($5-$250)A social marketplace that allows you to buy, sell and donate new and pre-used fashion. This site seems pretty new. I was like meh. My card was worth $5.

Bonus item: This month, Glossybox Canada is celebrating their 6 month anniversary. So as a bonus, they included an item from the first box; Ahava Mineral Body Lotion. It is very moisturizing but the scent is too strong for me.
I am pretty happy with this month’s box, love the lipstick J.
Also a reminder, first time subscribers can use promo code GLOSSY27 at check out to save 10% ($1.50).
